Brassica Green Long Crossback Smock

I just finished a really pretty waterproof crossback apron for a custom order, and before I packaged it up and sent it on its way I had to snap a few pictures and share.

 

 

 

I love how it turned out.  The apron is longer than my standard style (about 40" from the shoulder seam to hem) and doesn't include pockets.  The fabric is laminated cotton designed by Philip Jacobs in serene aquas, greens and purples.  The color combination is just lovely.  When I first saw the fabric I was positive that it must be by Kaffe Fassett, whose fabric I have used in several other projects:

I actually ended up being right!  Philip Jacobs is part of the Kaffe Fassett Collective.
